WEEK OF MONDAY, May 21st:

Monday: Lobster Macaroni and Cheese… a creamy combination of sharp cheddar, Monterey Jack, parmesan, and Swiss cheese tossed with elbow macaroni, loaded with Maine lobster meat and topped with a buttery crumb topping. 6 servings $16.95

Tuesday: Baby Back Ribs…lean baby back ribs, roasted with a spicy, smoked sauce and topped with garlic and sliced onion. Falls off the bone! $7.95 per pound

Wednesday: Crabmeat Quiche…our famous, flaky pie crust filled with a creamy custard heaping with fresh Maine crabmeat, Swiss cheese, and chopped onions. One of our most popular dishes! 6 servings. $12.95

Thursday: Herb Crusted Pork Tenderloin… marinated pork tenderloin, seared in butter and roasted with rosemary, garlic and thyme. Melts in your mouth! $5.95 per pound

Friday: Seafood Chowder… jumbo pieces of haddock, crabmeat, shrimp, and lobster meat with chopped onions, fresh dill, and potatoes in a creamy stock! 4 servings. $16.95

Saturday: Chicken Pot Pie… chunks of white chicken meat, fresh carrots, sauteed onions, and petite peas in our cream sauce, tucked under our flaky crust! 6 servings. $14.95

WEEK OF MONDAY, May 28th:

Monday: Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breasts…Chicken Breast stuffed with cream cheese and herbs, wrapped in bacon, and baked until golden brown and delicious. Serves 4. $12.95
Also available with stuffed with crabmeat. Serves 4. $14.95

Tuesday: Meatloaf… Tuesday: Meatloaf…an old fashioned comfort food with carmelized onion, sweet red peppers, cheddar cheese and our secret seasonings. Moist and delicious and great for tomorrow's sandwiches. $12.95

Wednesday: Spanikopita… spinach, feta cheese, parmesan cheese, sweet onions, pine nuts and dill wrapped in a crispy, buttery crust of phyllo dough! 6 servings. $12.95

Thursday: Our famous, flaky pie crust filled with a creamy custard heaping with roasted local vegetables and cheese. 6 servings. $10.95

Friday: Lobster Pie… Maine lobster meat, pearl onions, carmelized onion and fennel, sprinkled with peas and smothered in a light, creamy seafood sauce. This elegant meal is topped with our flaky pastry and baked until bubbling with the flavor of Maine. Serves 6. Price may vary according to the price of lobster, but generally the price is $29.95
